What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Velliora London, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at highly competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, it is possible that your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding. If this period has passed and you still have not received your order, please send an email to Vellioralondon-klantenservice@outlook.com. We will investigate the status of your shipment for you.
I want to exchange or return my order. How do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service via Vellioralondon-klantenservice@outlook.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) as stated in your order confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return. Once confirmed, you may send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The costs will depend on the courier you choose. Please consult the courier’s website for more information on pricing.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 30-day return period, which starts on the day you receive your item. However, the following conditions apply. You may only return an item if:

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Mollie. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options.

What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?
This should not happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to Vellioralondon-klantenservice@outlook.com, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to Vellioralondon-klantenservice@outlook.com. Be sure to include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) from the confirmation email, and preferably the reason for cancellation.
